Complete the form below to request up to 3 different samples of SELVOL™ Polyvinyl Alcohol. The standard sample size is 1 lb (pound) for solid products and 1 qt (quart) for solution products.

Complete the first two sections of contact/delivery information. Be sure to include your telephone and fax numbers, as samples cannot be shipped without this information. (Expect 3-5 days for domestic and 1-2 weeks for international deliveries)
